1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Processing time refers to the time between when you place your order and when it ships from our warehouse.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days are usually processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order is processed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!
- Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
- Orders under $50 are subject to standard shipping rates based on weight and destination
- Expedited and Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Large or heavy items (e.g., wide-format printers) may incur additional shipping charges
- All shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Carrier name (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other)
Tracking number
A direct link to track your package
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
5. Where We Ship
Neo Printix currently ships to addresses within the 50 United States and select U.S. territories. We ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington D.C.
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
6. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following locations:
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Box addresses (for large items)
- U.S. territories not listed above
- International destinations (currently)

7. International Shipping
At this time, Neo Printix does not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future. Please check back for updates on international shipping availability, or contact us to express your interest in shipping to specific countries.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- High-volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Address verification issues
- Customs clearance (for applicable destinations)
Neo Printix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
